Hotel Dreams

Edvard Munch has been incarcerated in a smart restaurant overlooking the Oslofjord in Norway, close to where the artist grew up. The themed hotel plays a dangerous game, it seems, its appearance more akin to a kind of wayside art motel. The 'collection' simply boasts a mixture of bad abstract paintings and worse figurative works. Munch would have been distressed and embarrassed (screamingly so), to find himself stuck here.
